“No reps at the hotel to tell us where to meet the bus. 1 rep on the actual bus thankfully but she was there to take others to a water park and told us there wasn't an aquarium visit today. There was. We had paid for it. Arrive and all ok. Not enough time at the aquarium as had to rush through gift shop”
