On your first day of sightseeing, visit one of the concierge services to collect your Colosseum and Vatican Museums tickets. The team will help you book your other attractions and activities. The concierge services are located at the following addresses: Touristation office at Piazza d'Ara Coeli 16, 00186 Rome RM, Italy. Open daily: 8.30 am - 4.00 pm / Touristation Navona office at Piazza Navona, 25, 00186 Rome RM, Italy. Open daily: 9.00 am - 7.00 pm / Touristation Vaticano office at Viale Vaticano 95, 97 and 101, 00192 Rome RM, Italy. Open daily: 9.00 am - 5 pm.

What to remember

Know in advance:

It is important that you enter the email of the person who will be redeeming and using the pass at checkout. This information is required to redeem your pass
After your purchase, you'll receive a digital pass with instructions to access the Go City app and a unique QR code. Show it from your mobile device and at your selected attractions. A representative will scan the code on each traveller’s pass, granting you admission
Both the Colosseum and the Vatican are included with your pass. You need to reserve your visit at least three weeks before you arrive in Rome, as these attractions are extremely popular and book up fast. Details on how to book can be found on the Go City app

Very good way to buy the main attractions. Although bear in mind you will need a bit extra for the audio tours if you want them.
